1. Who we are and who these terms apply to

These terms govern your use of the Numeraze website ("the Service"), operated by Numeraze. By using the Service you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is intended for users aged 18 or over. By using the Service you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

2. What the Service is

Numeraze provides two things:

  • A free numerology calculator that computes your numerological profile using the Pythagorean system from your name and date of birth.
  • Paid AI-generated reports that interpret those calculated numbers as written narrative. Reports are generated by an AI system from your numerological data at the time of purchase.

3. AI-generated content — important disclaimer

Please read this carefully before purchasing.

Reports are AI-generated interpretations of numerological data calculated by Numeraze. Numeraze makes no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose of the content in any report.

Reports are provided for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional advice of any kind — including but not limited to financial, psychological, medical, legal, or career advice. Do not make significant life decisions based solely on the content of a Numeraze report.

Numerology is not a scientifically validated system. The interpretations in our reports represent one tradition of symbolic meaning, not empirical prediction.

4. Purchases and payment

Paid reports are processed through Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to provide accurate payment and contact information. Prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes.

Your report is generated immediately after payment is confirmed and delivered to the email address you provide at checkout. Please double-check your email address before completing payment — we cannot resend your report to a different address.

5. Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Because reports are generated and delivered instantly as digital content, UK consumer law permits us to begin supply immediately with your agreement, waiving your 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. By completing your purchase you confirm this agreement.

If your report was not delivered due to a technical fault on our side, contact us at support@numeraze.com and we will resend it or issue a refund at our discretion.

6. Intellectual property

The report generated for you is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute, or represent AI-generated report content as your own original work.

The Numeraze website, software, design, and all content not contained in individual user reports remain the exclusive property of Numeraze.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce the Service's calculation logic or report templates
  • Submit false or misleading information to generate a report
  • Use automated tools to access the Service in a way that places excessive load on our infrastructure

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Numeraze's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the report in question. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, or decisions made in reliance on report content.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page with a revised date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
